Membership Overview

Studio access is available exclusively to active members; the Studio does not offer one-time or hourly rentals. Membership access, benefits, and pricing vary by plan (e.g., Standard, Premium, Pro), and all memberships are personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared, loaned, or transferred. Guests may attend only with prior approval and within the limits of the member’s plan. Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis via [credit card / ACH / etc.] and renew automatically each month unless canceled in accordance with Section 3.

If a payment fails, access will be suspended until payment is resolved. The Studio reserves the right to adjust membership pricing with 30 days’ notice.

Studio Access and Use

Members may access the Studio during operating hours and must check in upon arrival using the member ID or app. The Studio is intended for photography, videography, and other approved creative uses only. Smoking, vaping, open flames, confetti, paint, or hazardous materials are strictly prohibited, and animals are permitted only with prior approval. Members are expected to respect others by maintaining reasonable noise levels and a professional, respectful environment at all times. The Studio provides included equipment such as backdrops, props, lighting and more, which must be handled properly and returned in good condition. Any lost or damaged equipment will be charged at replacement cost, and members are required to leave the space as they found it. A cleaning fee may be applied for excessive mess or damage.

Events and Portrait Days

The Studio hosts regular events such as monthly portrait days, workshops, and meetups, which active members may attend at no additional cost unless otherwise specified. All members and guests are required to follow event guidelines and staff directions during these gatherings. The Studio may capture behind-the-scenes photos or videos at events for promotional purposes, and members may opt out by providing written notice to staff. For special events or collaborations involving outside vendors, all third-party participants must receive prior approval and provide proof of insurance if applicable.
